Is this beginner-friendly?
Completely. Most of our students walk in with zero experience — every class and party is built for first-timers, and our instructors guide you through everything.
What do I wear?
For pole: shorts and a top (bare skin grips the pole). For aerial: leggings and a fitted top. Bare feet or socks — heels always optional.
Are parties private?
Yes — your party is 100% private to your group, with your own instructor and studio room.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up fast — book as soon as you know your date. We'll confirm availability within one business day, and we can often fit in last-minute groups too.
Will I feel out of place?
No — and you're not the first to worry about it. Every age, body, and level is celebrated here. Co-ed, judgment-free, and the vibe is pure encouragement.
