We are OPEN 24/7 FOR PARTIES and all PARTIES ARE 100% PRIVATE. One of our world class certified instructors will teach your party a fun pole dancing routine and a sexy Lap Dance routine. Our step by step stripping lessons are fun and easy to recreate at home… or on your honeymoon!
Your party is totally customizable so if you want to learn pole dancing only or lap dance & twerk only, let us know! You can also ask for a yoga & pole, burlesque (aka ‘classic striptease’), or an aerial party!!! Parties can be held at our studio, at your own venue, or even consider having a male instructor to enhance the experience!
The bride receives an I LOVE POLE DANCING tank top and each participant receives a free week to our Video on Demand class library! Cameras encouraged to capture the fun.

PARTIES FAQ
What should my friends and I wear to our pole dancing party?
During the Day: Wear workout attire or get official pole dancing gear from us. We have tank tops, shorts, leggings and yoga pants available. Yes you can bring your heels, and at least wear them for the photos!
At Night: If you're hitting the clubs after you party, try wearing clothes that aren't too tight or too short! We have shorts and tank tops available for purchase if needed. Good rule of thumb, make sure you can comfortably move in your pants. Yes you can bring your heels, and at least wear them for the photos!
When should we arrive for the party?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin. This gives us time to have everyone fill out their waiver and complete payment if needed. You can chill in our lobby with our flat screen TVs or relax on our patio. You’ll feel like a star with our sexy red lights, spinning disco ball, and stereo surround sound.
Is there parking at Pole Fitness Studio?
Yes you can park in the designated parking spots labeled Pole Fitness Studio or anywhere in the back lot. At night our entire parking lot is brightly lit.
How soon in advance should I book my bachelorette party?
The sooner you make your reservation the better, as we fill up fast and it’s best to arrange two to three months in advance. If you are a last minute planner and want to pole dance with us this week, call us and we may still be able to accommodate you, otherwise we can bring the pole dancing party to your hotel! Can we record our parties?
You are welcome to take still photos. In fact your instructor will pose your group in cute and sexy poses with the poles! Please ask your instructor before taking videos. If you would like a professional video of your private pole dancing party, we can arrange for your party to be recorded from start to finish and then our professional editor will compile all the special moments into one incredibly memorable video! Super cool gift for the bride or birthday girl! Cost is $300. When you book your party with us, mention you want to have your party on video!
